Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, where available)
Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.
Multiple Packages Some orders — particularly bulk fastener orders — may ship in multiple packages due to weight and size restrictions. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Please contact us for shipping inquiries to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
